jom..jom..jom..halau stress..^^



syuhh...syuhhh...
jom wea ramai2 halau stress yang melanda diri..
hihihihi...


aku saje je wat entry nie coz lately aku selalu gak stress...
nak2 pulak time2 exam..
it will become double triple tensen kot..adeshh!!
biase r kan..of cos kite nak wat yang terbaik tok diri kite..
sampaikan kadang2 aku rase stress gile
kadang2 tuh sampai pening kepale kot..
darah naek atas kepale??
wat dats mean???
is it da sign of migrain???
oh tidak okeh..
hope it not a migrain...
maybe super duper tensen kot time tuh..hihihi


so as da solution..
aku try2 searching pasal cmne nak halau stress or dalam bahase
baiknye camne nak tangani stress..


aku cari cara yang sempoi2 jew tok tangani stress..
xnak r complicated sangat ..
t bukan nye makin kurang stress..
makin tambah stress lagi ade..kekeke^^

lak...^^





5. SIGHTSEEING
-jalan2 r sikit..
g ronda2 kat tempat yang korang suke..
sedikit sebanyak dapat kurang an stress.
em kalo ak g jalan2 sambil cuci mate agak2 okeh x???=p..^^






6. DRINK MILK, EAT CHOCOLATE OR ICE CREAM
-emm..dis yummy thing maybe can bring away our stress.
for da chocolate and ice cream jangan byk2 meyh..
t rosak gigi....ngeeeee=p..^^




7. GET SOME QUITE TIME
-sometime we need time for our own rite..^^






8. READ MOTIVATIONAL BOOK..
-be a positive thinker..^^





9. STAY COOL AND RELAX
-keep on your mind that sometimes we had to face a hard time..^^





10. MOST IMPORTANT IS DONT STRESS BEING STRESS..!
-face it smoothly..^^

hope tips2 kat atas nih dapat r membantu kite tok hilang kan stress
kalau x banyak pon sikit pon jadi lah
aku rase care2 kat atas nih simple je..
terpulang r pada korang macam mane handle,
